2-4 pm activities include:-
- Tours to Outdoor classroom at Waihopai River (2 pm and 2.30 pm)
- Children’s entertainment
- Historical displays (in classrooms)
- Car displays
- Mix and mingle
6 pm Doors open at Ascot Park Hotel
6.30 pm Drinks
7 pm onward Welcome, speeches, entertainment and dinner
